Pinot Noir Rosé (Rosé)

Pinot Noir rosé or Pinot Noir rosé is obtained by draining the Pinot Noir. 

The rosé pinot noir ferments in third passage oak barriques in order to better preserve its aroma. After refinement in wood, a period of refinement follows in stainless steel barrels before being bottled.
