Trentino Superiore Chardonnay

The first Chardonnay vines were planted in 2012 and only after 6 years did we obtain the first wine.

Every year, the grapes are monitored daily during ripening, thus allowing us to choose the ideal moment to harvest the small bunches of Chardonnay and bring them to the cellar in their optimal conditions.

The must then obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes is placed in barriques, where it undergoes alcoholic and then malolactic fermentation.

After a whole year of refinement on the yeasts and weekly battonage, the wine is assembled in concrete barrels, where it will remain until bottling.
