Sauvignon Campus Florum

The Sauvignon Campus Florum originates in the vineyards located at an altitude of approximately 700m above sea level. They are young vineyards but are already able to give great expression to this wine characterized by an exceptional floral aroma and a particular acidity.

 This wine is fermented and then refined in oak barriques for approximately 5 months, after which a refinement phase in steel follows for approximately 2 months before being bottled.
