Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a vine not widely present in Valsugana, but which has been gaining ground slightly in recent years.

Our pinot noir vineyards are located at an altitude ranging from 400 m above sea level.  up to an altitude of 620 m above sea level.

This Pinot Noir has a pale purple color and a very fruity aroma, very reminiscent of red fruits and currant jam.

This wine, harvested in 2020, underwent alcoholic fermentation in open barriques and subsequently malolactic fermentation in barriques where it then remained aged for 16 months.

After aging in wood, a short period of aging in steel followed before going into the bottle.
